Clean and modern rooms with all the necessary amenities. Convenient location for exploring the city center and easy access to the coast. Helpful hosts who provided useful information about the area.
Some maintenance issues, such as a leak in the downstairs cloakroom and scuffed walls. Initial cold temperature upon arrival and a lack of instructions for the coffee maker.

Cedar House in Canterbury was a wonderful surprise for us. Sebastian warmly welcomed us and the house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We loved the privacy it offered and the option to have friends join us for meals. The outdoor space was great for entertaining, and the location was ideal for exploring the historic city on foot. We would definitely come back for a longer stay and use it as a base to explore the surrounding area.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from some improvement, particularly in terms of variety and options available.

We had a brilliant time in Canterbury, and the Cedar House Villa was the perfect place to call home during our visit. It's in a lovely quiet location, but still very close to the city center. The property itself is quirky and individual, and it comfortably accommodated our party of 4. The well-equipped kitchen, including an espresso machine, made mealtime a breeze. We loved having dinner in the inner courtyard with its perfect weather. Parking was easy to find on the side street nearby, and there were grocery stores within walking distance. The rooms were beautifully furnished, and the hosts, Adelle and Sebastian, were very helpful.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the town center and close to parks and amenities. The spaciousness of the property is a big advantage, especially for those with limited mobility. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The parking space can be tight, making it inconvenient to move the car once parked.

While there were a few minor drawbacks such as tight parking and the plug in the bath not working, they did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The warm welcome and the basket of goodies were a nice touch during our Christmas stay. We also appreciated the spacious and sparkling clean house. the location was ideal, with interesting historic walks nearby and easy access to the city center. We found the decor a bit tired and the outside area could have been better maintained. There were some issues with the bathroom, such as mold and scum.
